Custom Massage Tool Services
On this page, we’ll introduce the basic customization services available for our massage tools, so you can quickly understand what we can offer.
We mainly work with three materials: resin, jade, and stainless steel. Each material has its own advantages and limitations when it comes to customization. Below, we will go through custom design, color, pattern, surface finish, logo, and packaging, and explain what is suitable for each material.
Custom Designs
Resin Massage Tools
Resin massage tools are the most flexible option for custom shapes. If you have a rough idea, sketch, reference image, or sample, we can first help prepare the product structure and 3D drawing. Once the design is confirmed, we can move to mold development and bulk production.
Since resin tools are made by molding, they offer more flexibility in size, shape, and structure. More complex massage tools, such as six-tooth scalp massage combs, the large body gua sha, and octopus scalp massagers, are usually better made with resin.
Jade Massage Tools
Jade massage tools are made by cutting, grinding, and polishing natural stone. This material is more suitable for simple and regular shapes, such as jade face rollers, the small jade gua sha, and the eye massage tool.
Large or highly complex jade tools are not always practical. They require more raw material, create more waste during cutting, and may have a higher breakage risk during production and shipping.
Jade is also not usually recommended for massage roller balls or complex rolling structures, especially for bulk orders, because the processing difficulty and cost are much higher. For these products, resin and stainless steel are usually more practical choices.
Stainless Steel Massage Tools
Stainless steel massage tools can also be customized in shape, but the development cost and MOQ are usually much higher. For this reason, most customers choose from our existing stainless steel models and customize the color, logo, or packaging instead.

Custom Colors
Resin Massage Tools
Resin massage tools offer flexible color customization. You can provide a general color direction, color code, color card, or reference image, and we can adjust the color based on your requirements.
Common color effects include solid colors, translucent colors, transparent colors, jade-like colors, marble effects, and mixed-color effects. For marble or mixed-color products, slight color differences between batches are normal.
Jade Massage Tools
Jade colors cannot be customized in the same way as resin. The color mainly depends on the natural stone type and its original texture.
Different jade materials may show different colors, such as green, white, pink, black, or other natural stone tones. Customers can choose the suitable jade type based on the desired color direction.
Stainless Steel Massage Tools
The most common colors for stainless steel massage tools are silver, gold, and rose gold. Silver is usually the natural stainless steel color, while gold and rose gold require additional surface treatment.
Other colors may also be possible, but they usually require higher MOQ and need time to talk about the details.
Custom Patterns
Resin Massage Tools
Resin massage tools can be customized with different visual effects, such as marble effects, transparent effects, translucent effects, solid colors, and mixed-color patterns. This is one of the advantages of resin.
Jade Massage Tools
The surface pattern of jade massage tools cannot be artificially controlled. It follows the natural texture of the stone itself.
This is also part of the value of jade products. Each jade massage tool may have slightly different colors and natural patterns, giving every piece its own look.
Stainless Steel Massage Tools
Stainless steel massage tools usually do not support custom surface patterns. Their appearance mainly depends on the product shape, polishing quality, and surface color treatment.
Custom Surface Finish
Resin Massage Tools
For resin massage tools, the most common surface finishes are glossy finish and matte finish.
Glossy finish is the standard choice for most massage tools, because a smooth surface feels more comfortable on the skin and works better for rolling, scraping, and pressing.
Matte finish is also available upon request. Although it is much less common, we have previously produced matte finish gua sha tools for some customers, so it is also included as a customization option here.
Jade & Stainless Steel Massage Tools
Jade and stainless steel massage tools require careful polishing. Since they come into direct contact with the skin, the polishing should be done as thoroughly as possible to achieve a smooth and comfortable surface.
Custom Logo & Branding
Logo customization for massage tools is usually done in two ways: printing and laser engraving / laser marking.
Printing
Printing is the most common logo option and can be used on resin, jade, and stainless steel massage tools. It is a standard customization process, so we will keep this section brief.
Laser Engraving on Resin & Jade
Resin and jade massage tools can be laser engraved. After engraving, the logo usually has a recessed effect, and color filling can also be added if needed.
This method is suitable for customers who want a more durable and textured logo effect. A common process is engraving first, then filling the logo with the required paint color.
Laser Marking on Stainless Steel
For stainless steel massage tools, laser marking is more commonly used. It creates a clean and durable mark on the product surface.
However, stainless steel laser marking is not suitable for colorful logo effects, and the final marking color is not as easy to control as printing. If a colorful logo is required, printing is usually the better option.
Custom Packaging
Packaging is a standard customization service, so we will keep this section brief. Most customers already have their own packaging ideas, and we are happy to recommend suitable options based on their requirements.
Common packaging options include poly bags, white boxes, color boxes, gift boxes, blister cards, and more.
